Despite being a short week, it was pretty action packed for the team at the Vistaprint Micro Business Blog. Over the weekend, the Make an Impression contest came to a close after a two and a half month entry period and two week public voting period. We received over 850 entries and are now starting to sort through and grade them. So far we’ve seen some great entries from micro businesses across the country and it’s going to be hard to pick a winner. Thank you to everyone that entered. McKenzie Plante, a local 11-year old girl in the seaport town or Gloucester, MA has started up her own successful micro business, making welcome mats from used fishing rope.
